Wonderful!

Such a wonderful podcast! Laura radiates a calming and wise presence! I really loved episode 16 on detachment and how this is not selfish, but rather frees us from unnecessary judgement. I also enjoyed episode 34 which encourages us to look at how we view ourselves and invites us to step away from our judgments of others.
